Job description: StretchLab of East Setauket is seeking personal trainers, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates reputed company to join reputed company. This is an amazing opportunity to reputed company experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.
We Are Offering
- Compensation - $21 to $26 per hour reputed company actively working with clients
- Commissions paid for actively being involved w/ membership acquisition
- 4 hour and 8 hour shifts
- Full Time Employment ? 30 to 40 hrs. per week
- Part Time Employment ? 16 hrs. per week minimum
- 100 hrs. Comprehensive Training Program (classroom & hands on)
- Ongoing training and support
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
- Build StretchLab membership and retain reputed company clientele
- Ensure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Handle member concerns reputed company applicable
- Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
- Maintain strong social media reputed company to client membership and retention
- Clean and maintain reputed company equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
- Love of boutique fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility
- Certification or State Licensure in any of the following fields:
- Massage Therapist
- Personal Trainer
- Physical Therapist
- Pilates or Yoga Instructor
- Dance Instructor
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you are providing hands-on training with client
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes reputed company people.
- Fantastic communication skills and exudes reputed company.
- Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them reputed company goals.
- Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
- Must be available to go through our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training
