They are seeking technical advisors to join their Patent Prosecution practice, where candidates will work alongside attorneys to draft and prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Responsibilities
- Work reputed company-by-reputed company with attorneys and other legal personnel to draft and prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office
Skills
- Degree in mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, and/or similar degrees
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent references
- Interest in becoming patent agents
- Availability to work full-time beginning in June of 2026
