Responsibilities

- Mailing commission checks
Skills
- Prior office experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence handling agency and customer interactions
- A customer service reputed company with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
- Ability to review policy and account information, spot potential issues, and escalate appropriately reputed company needed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and web-based systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and navigate multiple systems
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues with equipment such as headsets, internet connectivity, or system access
- Strong, accurate typing and data entry skills
