Electrical Engineering Designer I
reputed company. is seeking an Electrical Engineering Designer I to join their reputed company & Energy Management Team. In this role, you will support the design and development of electrical systems for manufacturing and advanced technology facilities, focusing on enhancing operational performance and energy efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Produce and revise simple engineering drawings and sketches for electrical substation and transmission design projects under the guidance of senior designers or engineers, following established technical standards
- Examine drawings for accuracy and quality with support from senior team members
- Participate in project review meetings and accompany senior staff on field assignments reputed company appropriate
- Utilize drawing production software such as AutoCAD and MicroStation to reputed company construction documents
- Assist with contract document preparation to build familiarity with electrical design standards, codes, and best practices supporting energy ‑ intensive and technology ‑ driven facilities
Skills
- Associate's Degree in Electrical Technology or a reputed company technical field required
- No prior experience required—reputed company document production experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) and a willingness to learn about respective engineering discipline
- Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation is a plus
