TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

The Transportation Engineering Technician (TET) will operate the Regional Transportation Management Center and engage in traffic management activities and data collection for traffic monitoring programs.

Responsibilities

• reputed company duties and activities including, but not limited to, 24 hours a day - 7 days a week operation of the Regional Transportation Management Center (RTMC) and reputed company traffic management activities
• Traffic data collection and reputed company office work for the traffic monitoring programs in the Division of Traffic Operations
• May be assigned by the Department to a variety of positions in an office or field environment

Skills

• Eligibility for hire may be determined by your score on the Transportation Engineering Technician exam
• Possession of a valid driver's license is required reputed company operating a State owned or leased vehicle
• Candidates selected for this position must successfully pass a Department of Justice background reputed company
• Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment
