Job Overview
arenaflex's Customer Service Teams are the backbone of our organization, interacting with customers, sales, and service representatives to handle a wide range of pre-sales and post-sales service functions. As a Customer Service Associate IV, you'll be responsible for taking and processing transactions reputed company phone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives, responding to inquiries about arenaflex's products or services, and promoting and selling our company's offerings. You'll also investigate and resolve customer complaints, developing strong business relationships through our Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage Backlog Orders and Open Orders: Communicate late deliveries to customers and internal teams as required, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Investigate Credit and Debit Requests: Analyze and resolve customer queries and requests, issuing credit or debit as necessary to maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide Technical Support: Answer customer technical queries using online resources and offer alternatives using available resources, ensuring customers receive the best possible solutions.
- Drive Corrective Actions and Improvement Projects: Identify areas for improvement and reputed company projects to reputed company customer satisfaction levels, contributing to arenaflex's commitment to excellence.
Education and Experience

Compensation and Benefits
