The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Support Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing timely and effective support to our clients' customers through live chat and social media channels. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that suits your needs. Our clients come from a variety of industries, including e-commerce, finance, and healthcare, so you'll have the opportunity to work with diverse clients and reputed company valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat and social media channels

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Use provided documentation to answer common questions and escalate reputed company issues to supervisors
• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve customer issues and improve overall support experience
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support

Essential Qualifications
