Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Special teaching assignments and student interventions
- As assigned by the Principal and/or District Administrator to temporarily replace an absent Classroom Teacher
- Other teaching-based tasks, as assigned by the Principal and/or District Administrator
- To participate in professional development opportunities which provide information on effective instructional methods and materials that reflect best practices.
- Designs instructional activities that are structured and appropriate to instructional goals and student needs.
- Creates a classroom environment of respect and caring and has appropriate interactions with reputed company.
- Establishes a culture of learning by setting high expectations for student learning and conveys the importance of learning.
- Demonstrates effective management of classroom procedures and through smooth transitions, the establishment of classroom procedures, and effective organization of group work.
- Communicates with reputed company by giving clear directions and using appropriate language and vocabulary
- Engages reputed company in learning by planning lessons and activities that are appropriate to reputed company.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively with employees of the district.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in either written, diagram or oral form.
- Work involves walking, talking, hearing, using hands to handle, feel or operate objects or controls, and reaching with hands and arms.
- Vision abilities required include reputed company vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- May be required to push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 20 pounds.
