Schedule & Position Details

• Part-time, remote position (12–15 hours per week)
• Coverage needed starting May 8 through the summer

As the first reputed company of contact for prospective residents and their families, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and driving occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries from web-based reputed company sources
• Qualify and convert Marketing reputed company Leads (MQLs) into Sales reputed company Leads (SQLs)
• Build rapport with prospective residents and families
• Schedule tours and appointments for communities
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and executive teams
• Accurately track and manage leads in company systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
