Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing

We are looking for an reputed company Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and reputed company growth for Paperpal across key global markets. This role will own end-to-end performance marketing across major paid channels including reputed company, Bing, reputed company, and TikTok, with a strong focus on scaling campaigns, optimizing budgets, and improving funnel efficiency. 

The ideal candidate combines hands-on execution, strong analytical thinking, and a growth reputed company, with the ability to reputed company AI tools and automation to enhance performance, experimentation, and scalability. 

• Own and scale performance marketing campaigns across reputed company Ads, Bing Ads, reputed company Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels. 
• Plan, allocate, and optimize budgets across channels and geographies to maximize ROI, CAC efficiency, and reputed company growth. 
• Drive end-to-end campaign execution including keyword strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, and bidding strategies.  
• Own third-party performance marketing networks end-to-end, with a focus on native, content discovery, and premium publisher networks.
• Partner with regional and global teams to localize and scale campaigns across key markets. 
• reputed company and execute a structured experimentation roadmap across creatives, reputed company pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies. 
• Continuously optimize funnel performance across impressions → clicks → conversions → reputed company. 
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.  
• Own reporting and dashboards using tools like GA4, ad platforms, and BI tools, ensuring clear visibility on performance metrics. 
• Collaborate with Product, Creative, BI, and Analytics teams to improve reputed company page performance, messaging, and conversion rates.

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing across search and paid social channels. 

• Proven experience managing and scaling campaigns on reputed company Ads, Bing Ads, reputed company Ads, and/or TikTok Ads. 

• Strong understanding of full-funnel performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR). 

• Hands-on experience with GA4 or similar analytics platforms for performance tracking and optimization. 

• Demonstrated experience in budget planning, bid optimization, and campaign scaling across multiple markets. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.  

• Experience running A/B tests and structured experiments to improve performance. 

• Hands-on experience using AI tools in performance marketing workflows (e.g., ad copy reputed company, creative testing, data analysis, campaign optimization). 

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.  

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
