At StretchLab, we pride ourselves on having the finest team of Flexologists who undergo our proprietary training program to deliver world-class stretching sessions. Responsibilities as a Flexologist: As a Flexologist, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretches to clients and reputed company guided group stretching classes for up to 6 participants. Your responsibilities will include:

• Motivating and encouraging clients throughout their stretch sessions
• Building and retaining StretchLab memberships
• Ensuring client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and enforcing our policies
• Attending staff meetings and educational presentations
• Addressing member concerns
• Assisting with studio tours and sales
• Maintaining a strong social media reputed company
• Keeping equipment clean and well-maintained

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay range: $23-$26
• Commission based on sales

Qualifications: To reputed company in this role, you should have:

• Love of boutique fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
• Preferred background in one of the following:

• Massage Therapist
• Personal Trainer
• Physical Therapist
• Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Dance Instructor
• Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients.
• Fitness certification required.
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes reputed company people.
• Fantastic communication skills and exudes reputed company.
• Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them reputed company their goals.
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies.
• Must be available to go through our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training.
