Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Retail Customer Service and Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to arenaflex customers, building brand loyalty, and creating owners of our products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering excellent service to customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.
- Understanding and proactively staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.
- Supporting your peers throughout the store as needed by sharing knowledge about arenaflex's products, services, and purchase options, and assisting in offering ownership opportunities.
- Maintaining accuracy and following guidance.
- Performing other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
Essential Qualifications
* Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.
