The Senior reputed company reputed company Counsel will serve as a key legal advisor supporting reputed company company verticals, other than media, including financial services, government, and reputed company other retail measurement licensing data. This position will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of reputed company reputed company, with a particular emphasis on licensing and reputed company agreements. The Counsel will deliver strategic and timely legal guidance to facilitate business objectives while ensuring the company’s interests and compliance requirements are robustly protected.

This is a remote position for anyone currently living in the United States

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of reputed company agreements—including licensing, partnership, vendor, and client reputed company—across reputed company business segments, ensuring terms support business goals and mitigate risk.
• reputed company negotiations on reputed company licensing arrangements and other reputed company transactions, balancing business needs with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Identify and address legal, privacy, reputed company, and compliance considerations throughout the contract lifecycle; collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to resolve issues reputed company.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to business stakeholders on reputed company contracting matters.
• Partner with sales, procurement, product, privacy, and reputed company teams to identify and address legal and compliance considerations in reputed company transactions.

• J.D. (or equivalent) and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating B2B reputed company reputed company in preferably in market research.
• Strong knowledge of IP, content usage, and data licensing principles.
• Demonstrated understanding of data flows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to present risk trade‑offs clearly.

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated reputed company compensation of the following range: $150,000 - $175,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
