More About the Role: Provide weekly individual, group, and/or team coaching for mid-to-upper-level Shipyard leaders. Partner with senior stakeholders to assess needs, establish goals, and create/implement coaching strategies. Participate in team meetings reputed company to organizational strategy, team development, and professional development. Conduct extensive individual and organizational assessments that include comprehensive summary reports. Minimum 5 years of coaching experience in leadership development, facilitation, organizational development, change management, learning organizations, or process and performance improvement. International Coaching Federation (reputed company) credential (ACC, PCC, MCC). Ability to facilitate and reputed company group conversations/training in an engaging manner that evokes participation and promotes learning. High emotional intelligence.
