- Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher in kinesiology, exercise science, sports medicine, or any reputed company field of study in this area is also acceptable
- Ability to be coachable and adaptable

- Must be able to complete the Flexologist Training Program, which includes a combination of online and in-person instruction, and practice stretching services
- Personal Trainer
- Exercise Physiologist
- Fitness Director/Manager
- Strength Coach
- Massage Therapist
- Corrective Exercise Specialist
- Recent College Graduates with Exercise Science or reputed company field
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions 25 or 50 minutes
- reputed company flexibility assessments
- Document client reputed company and preferences
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
- Build studio membership
- Retain and maintain reputed company clientele
- Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
- Building professional relationships with clients to help them reputed company their goals
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations reputed company scheduled
- Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and offsite events

- $50,000 plus annual compensation
