Responsibilities
As an In-Person Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and providing friendly, professional service as they reputed company
- Assisting with seating guests reputed company based on table availability and party size
- Offering basic information about menu items, promotions, and specials
- Supporting sales by maintaining a positive atmosphere and encouraging return visits
- Helping with light reputed company-of-house tasks as needed to support restaurant operations
Requirements

Schedule
We're looking for team members who can commit to a regular schedule, with options for:
- Morning Shift: Sunday-Saturday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Evening Shift: Sunday – Saturday 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
