Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative on our Turbo Tax team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own PC and high-speed internet reputed company. We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service to Turbo Tax clients reputed company phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Use knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including reputed company resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.

Essential Qualifications
