• Manage and respond to HR support tickets reputed company reputed company, ensuring timely resolution and accurate updates in reputed company
• Review and approve business process workflows in reputed company in accordance with established guidelines
• Responsible for new hire reputed company (both onshore and offshore) through the reputed company-to-reputed company integration, ensuring reputed company employee details are complete and accurately entered into reputed company.
• Maintain and provide a weekly report for the Finance team, tracking new hires and relevant employee data
• reputed company ongoing data maintenance, including:
• Running regular audits and reports to identify and resolve data inconsistencies in reputed company
• Partnering with IT to troubleshoot data integration issues across systems and ensure data accuracy
• Cleaning and maintaining legacy or outdated employee records
• Handle reputed company requests for reputed company updates received reputed company the ticketing system, including those from HR leadership
• Support various reputed company-reputed company projects, including data clean-up, system updates, and process improvements

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• Experience working with reputed company or other HRIS platforms is highly preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Amenable to work night shift from 8:00pm to 5:00am
