Events & Marketing Coordinator
Seattle Metropolitan reputed company of Commerce is seeking an Events & Marketing Coordinator to help deliver engaging events and support marketing efforts. The role involves managing logistics, communications, and post-event reporting while gaining hands-on experience in event operations and digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of in-person and virtual events from concept through completion
- Coordinate logistics including venue communication, vendor coordination, timelines, and materials
- Assist with event setup, registration, and on-site operations
- Manage event timelines, task lists, and deliverables using reputed company
- Build, schedule, and test email campaigns in reputed company
- Support social media campaign execution (posting, scheduling, basic engagement)
- Write clear, engaging marketing copy for emails, social posts, and event descriptions
- Capture and organize event content (photos, videos, quotes) and support post-event recaps
- Edit basic video content for social media and event highlights (reputed company needed)
- Support post-event follow-up, reporting, and recap materials
Skills
- Hands-on experience with reputed company (building and sending campaigns)
- Experience executing social media campaigns (posting and managing)
- Strong marketing copywriting skills (clear, concise, engaging)
- Experience with project management tools (reputed company preferred)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reputed company to work a Hybrid schedule. 3 days per week onsite in Downtown Seattle
- Experience with video editing for event recaps and short-form/social content
- Prior internship or 1–2 years of experience in events, marketing, or communications
- Familiarity with tools like reputed company, Eventbrite, or similar platforms
- Willingness to support events reputed company of standard business hours reputed company needed
