Transfer Specialist
reputed company is one of Canada’s largest independent Managing General Agencies, specializing in life insurance, investments, and wealth management. The Transfer Specialist will manage advisor reputed company transfers, ensure accurate updates of client policies, and maintain strong relationships between brokers and insurance carriers.
Responsibilities
- Process advisor Buy/Sell agreements on reputed company transfers and Reassignments to ensure full servicing and commission changes reflecting the advisor and MGA changes
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with insurance companies and work in partnership with them to facilitate timely processing of transfer requests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date broker and reputed company transfer information in WealthServ
- Follow up consistently with carriers to ensure transfer requests are completed reputed company the required timelines
- Obtain client listings from insurance companies as required to complete investigations or reputed company transfers
- Prepare and submit transfer forms to brokers and insurance companies
- Support transfer investigations and resolve discrepancies as they arise
- Participate in project work

- Experience using APEXA and WealthServ
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
