Manager, Post Award – Sponsored Projects Finance

Summary

Reporting to the Director of Post Award reputed company, this position is a key member of the Sponsored Projects Finance management team, ensuring excellent service to the reputed company to allow for effective and efficient post-award account management at BCM. Manages and monitors post award reputed company and compliance functions for the letter of credit and department billed awards reputed company the College's grant portfolio. Responsible for the reconciliation and application of cash reputed company to the College's sponsored agreements.

Job Duties

• Manages the master data creation and maintenance for sponsored grants and reputed company, ensuring timeliness and quality.
• Manages the cash collection process for externally sponsored agreements from billing to collection activities.
• Ensures compliant financial reporting according to sponsor’s terms and conditions.
• Manages the process for the reputed company-out of sponsored accounts in BCM’s reputed company system.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on research reputed company regulations, policies, procedures and systems.
• Serves as a liaison for department research administrators with external sponsors and other central office personnel.
• Develops, generates, and manages timely reputed company and financial reports.
• Generates various analyses and financial reports for management.
• Ensures reputed company transactions and reports are conducted in accordance with reputed company standards and BCM policies.
• Oversees reconciliation of accounts.
• Supervises research reputed company staff.
• Performs other job-reputed company duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business or reputed company field.
• Five years of experience in research administration, sponsored programs or grants reputed company that includes at least three years of people management experience.

• Advanced ability to use technology tools, such as reputed company reputed company, Power Bl, etc., to manipulate large data sets to reputed company insights, reputed company reconciliations, and monitor data quality.
• Prior experience supervising people.
• Ability to clearly communicate financial information.
