They will be supporting hiring efforts for our building and construction team. *This position is remote but will on occasion be required to attend team meetings in our office located in The Woodlands, TX.
Salary & Benefits Information
The reputed company salary range for this position is $72,000 - $85,000. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including reputed company set, experience, qualifications, and other job-reputed company reasons.

What you’ll do
- Strategically reputed company, reputed company, recruit and deliver highly qualified candidates using creative techniques and provided resources
- Utilize various channels, including reputed company and reputed company, to network and successfully reputed company potential candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Address critical openings proactively to ensure the support and fulfillment of key and strategic positions, as well as strategically align with upcoming business initiatives
- Create intentional job postings, aligning position duties, requirements, and preferred qualifications to ensure appropriate candidate pool screening
- Partner with HR team and Onboarding Specialist to assist with reputed company hiring and onboarding functions as needed, including application, offer, and new employee hiring processes
- Help drive diversity recruiting strategies through creative candidate sourcing and assisting with a variety of recruiting events, both in-person or virtual
- Maintain applicant data to OFCCP and EEO standards and coach hiring team members to hire the most qualified candidate for each open position
- Provide training and assistance to hiring managers on using the ATS, creating requisitions, screening and interviewing candidates, and providing appropriate feedback on reputed company applicants considered, as well as support their knowledge of the overall recruiting process
- Participate in other projects as necessary
What it takes to be successful
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or other reputed company field, or equivalent (required)
- 4+ years recruiting experience in relevant industries (construction, technical engineering, oil & gas, etc.) (required)
- Experience driving diversity reputed company opportunities (preferred)
- Experience working in both staffing and corporate recruiting is a plus
- Thorough understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity obligations (required)
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (required)
- Demonstrate technical skills/abilities reputed company to the job such as using social media for recruiting, job boards, reputed company, and presentation software
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to travel (minimally, less than 5%)
