Sales Development Representative

StormWind Studios is a company focused on tech sales, seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. This entry-level role involves making outbound calls to connect with decision-makers and generate reputed company sales opportunities, with the potential for rapid career advancement through their Fast Track program.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Reps to build pipeline and support new business opportunities
• Prospect and qualify reputed company accounts through high-volume outbound cold calling
• Schedule Initial Prospect Meetings and reputed company prospect(s) to Sales Team
• Log, track, and maintain prospecting activity in reputed company
• reputed company taught sales techniques to overcome objections and maximize customer interactions

Skills

• Comfortable making outbound calls daily and handling rejection
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay disciplined in a repetitive environment
