We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for helping our existing customers reputed company changes to their reputed company insurance policies from one of arenaflex's 55+ insurance reputed company partners. From processing service changes to answering questions regarding policy details, you'll support our customers with enthusiasm and care.
How You Will reputed company an Impact:
• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
• Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, and more
• Help customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits, making changes to existing policies as needed
• Work to retain arenaflex policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for reputed company customers

Compensation and Perks:
• Hourly wage: $18.00 - 21.00, with opportunities for growth and advancement
• We'll pay for your P&C license (expected reputed company 60 days after starting), ensuring you have the necessary skills and knowledge to reputed company in this role

• Ability to work remotely (we provide work equipment), with a flexible schedule that suits your needs
