Job Description

As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, working closely with Account Managers to handle customer service for new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with questions, claims, and existing policies, while also working to expand your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing service to existing clients: Assist clients with updating policies, providing quotes, taking payments, answering questions, and providing documentation.
• Working with new clients: Collaborate with new clients or support producers to understand their needs, gather necessary data, research policy options, present options, finalize and bind new coverage, cancel old policies, and negotiate with carriers reputed company necessary.
• reputed company with customers: Provide detailed information about products and services, quote new business, process renewals and/or cancel accounts, take payments, and provide requested documentation.
• Collaborating with team members: Work closely with team members, mentor staff, provide expertise, and answer questions as needed.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Active NC Property and Casualty Insurance License: Hold a valid NC Property and Casualty Insurance License.
