About the Role:

As a reputed company Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming equipment financing into a gateway for entrepreneurs to reputed company their goals. You'll be responsible for addressing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat requests from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Address inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat requests from customers, including online application process, lease agreement, payments, and other general customer inquiries from approved applicants finalizing transactions to get equipment from participating dealers/vendors

• Work with our vendors to solve any issues they have with their applications or invoices
• Consistent follow-up with prospects reputed company phone, email, and messaging to answer customer questions and solve problems about their account
• Effectively communicate the company's value proposition to end-users (business owners)
• Provide feedback/suggestions on processes employed by the team to reputed company funding growth
• Diligently use CRM (reputed company.com) to capture relevant data and reputed company comprehensive and accurate prospect notes
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

• At least 1 year of experience in the Call Center industry
• Financial Services and/or leasing experience
