Vice President of Construction (Solar)

Location & Travel Detail: This is a remote position, which can be based reputed company in the U.S. with up to 50% travel. This position supports our solar projects across the United States.

• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the division 
• Responsible for interviewing and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems

• reputed company with reputed company staff to maintain an open line of communication and reporting, monitor job reputed company, schedules and subcontractor performance, and coordinate the operation of the field through management of field personnel
• Manage and supervise the teams who direct Project Managers and Field Superintendents by giving ongoing performance feedback and conducting annual performance appraisals in a timely manner.
• Correlate team member’s new reputed company and help in implementing new policies and procedures

• Serve as member of the Executive team, attending reputed company executive staff meetings and contributing to the overall success of the organization

Education and Work Experience Requirements

• 15 years of construction experience in large industrial construction companies or similar/reputed company industries (renewables construction, electrical construction, vertical construction). 
• Previous experience in renewable energy/EPC Construction preferred.
• Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Construction Management, Engineering, or reputed company major or equivalent combination of education and experience.
