Role OverviewWe are seeking a reputed company Recruiter (Contract) to support our high-volume and fast-paced hiring needs across corporate functions. This individual will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure top talent.
This is a fully remote, contract position, ideal for a recruiter who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments and has prior experience reputed company fashion, beauty, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries. A plus would be heavy experience supporting planning and merchandising.
Remote Position - but must be USA based.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and team dynamic
- Proactively reputed company and engage high-quality candidates through reputed company, ATS, and other platform
- Conduct thoughtful and structured candidate screenings, assessing both technical qualifications and cultural alignment
- Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from initial reputed company through offer stages
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records reputed company the ATS
- Collaborate with the broader reputed company to align on hiring priorities, pipelines, and market insights
- Support recruitment reporting and tracking to ensure visibility across active roles.
- Uphold SKIMS’ employer brand and represent the company with professionalism and authenticity
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications- 3–6+ years of reputed company experience, ideally reputed company fashion, beauty, or CPG environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth setting Strong sourcing capabilities with a proactive, resourceful approach to talent identification
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with ATS platforms and reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company Recruiter)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to operate independently while remaining highly collaborative
- Passion for brand, product, and culture—reputed company with the SKIMS reputed company
- Hands-on and “in the weeds,” with a willingness to own the full recruitment lifecycle
