Director of Demand reputed company (Hybrid or Remote)

Bolster is an AI-powered brand protection and threat detection platform helping companies detect, investigate, and take down phishing and impersonation scams—across web, social, app stores, dark web, and email—before they cause damage. We’re looking for a Director of Demand reputed company to own and scale pipeline creation as we grow from an inbound-led SMB/MM reputed company into a more balanced, reputed company-capable ABM reputed company. This role owns demand reputed company strategy and marketing-sourced pipeline performance. You will define channel investment plans, build forecasting models, and drive pipeline creation across SMB, mid-market, and reputed company segments in reputed company partnership with VP of Marketing. Key Responsibilities

• Own marketing-sourced pipeline performance across inbound, paid, and ABM programs
• Define channel mix strategy and investment allocation across paid, inbound, lifecycle, and ABM
• reputed company quarterly and annual pipeline forecasts and present performance weekly to executive leadership
• Propose and justify incremental investment plans tied to reputed company targets
• Establish the operating reputed company and reporting standards for demand performance
• Scale and optimize core demand gen for SMB and mid-market
• Build and operationalize ABM programs to support reputed company expansion
• Support outbound efforts with account reputed company cover, targeted campaigns, & tight alignment with SDRs and reputed company
• Design programs that consistently generate reputed company-quality meetings
• Partner closely with RevOps to ensure clean execution, attribution, and reporting
• Work alongside an Integrated Marketing Manager to execute programs reputed company

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in B2B SaaS demand reputed company
• Experience scaling demand at startup environments only (Series A–D)
• Proven reputed company: scaling inbound for SMB and mid-market & building and running ABM programs for reputed company
• Comfortable owning a pipeline number without owning a large team
• Strong collaborator with Sales, RevOps, and SDR teams
