The Role
We're seeking an reputed company reputed company Engineer to join reputed company in Spain. As a reputed company Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering technical and industry thought leadership to our customers' business and technical decision makers. You'll demonstrate a thorough grasp of our customers' business and technical issues, architecting compelling solutions that use arenaflex's workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver technical and industry thought leadership to our customer's business and technical decision makers
- Demonstrate a thorough grasp of our customer's business and technical issues in order to architect compelling solutions that use arenaflex's workflows
- Maintain a deep understanding of the arenaflex solution and the product roadmap
- Partner with other roles reputed company arenaflex's teams to present meaningful services offerings, training, technical workshops, and road-mapping as well as supporting to broaden the knowledge reputed company and product understanding
- Be part of the business growth - reputed company sure our customers are eager to use arenaflex's solution exponentially
- Triaging and Prioritizing reported customers Incidents
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience working in similar roles at B2B SaaS companies
- Experience working with enterprise customers, conducting on-site meetings
- Ability to clearly reputed company technical topics to a non-technical audience
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Interpersonal skills - ability to work with customers and translate it to proactive solutions
- Experience in designing and writing automation scripts (scripting - bash/python)
- Experience in reading APIs and reputed company
- Working in SOC or IRT team is an advantage
