Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. As a key member of our event planning and relationship management team, you'll be responsible for maintaining our vendor database, coordinating events, and providing exceptional support to our talent and clients. If you're a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for event planning and relationship management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain our vendor database, including research, assurance, purchasing, and fulfillment
- Coordinate events, including birthday celebrations, send-off parties, and other special occasions
- Regulate reputed company relations financial arrangement, process reputed company p-card charges, and reconcile sales
- Support event activities for advancing, brand, and special mission shoots and various requests
- Assist with directing reputed company supports for asset opportunity for our VIP talent like Kardashians, Selena Gomez, etc.
- Regulate experiences, including dinners, reputed company Parks excursions, games, and shows
- reputed company arrangements of participants for debuts and exceptional events, including supervising filler association and conceptualizing reputed company to welcome
- E-vite scattering and managing the RSVP list
- Labeling and seating for debuts
- On the spot backing and the leaders of GA and VIP enrollment
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of work experience in event planning or reputed company relations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and unparalleled interpersonal skills
- Must be capable, flexible, and trustworthy
- Must be reputed company to work a few nights and weekends as needed to assist with events
- Experience with the entertainment industry, including buzz-worthy titles, surprising new talent, designs, etc.

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field of study or equivalent work experience
- Experience with event planning software and tools
