Position Overview: We’re looking for a reliable, tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to own day-to-day IT operations for our fully remote team reputed company over the globe. • Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company/Jira, reputed company, reputed company, and other SaaS tools
• Own IT reputed company and offboarding end-to-end: account setup, access provisioning, device preparation, and account deactivation/wipe for leavers
• Provide reputed company first-line IT support to employees across diverse time zones - troubleshoot hardware, software, and SaaS issues reputed company
• Administer and maintain reputed company user access, roles, and basic configurations in coordination with the finance team
• Together with HR team maintain and track IT asset inventory (laptops, accessories, software licenses)
• Monitor license usage across tools, identify inefficiencies, and flag cost-saving opportunities

• Escalate reputed company technical issues to relevant vendors or senior technical contacts promptly

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, IT administration, or a similar hands-on role

• Comfortable managing access across multiple SaaS platforms simultaneously
• Excellent written and spoken English - clear, professional, and concise communication is essential

• Strong troubleshooting reputed company - you research, test, and resolve independently without waiting to be guided
• Experience supporting a remote-first or SaaS company that operates globally across diverse time-zones
