Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing warm and welcoming greetings, and establishing the reason for the call
• Resolving issues by dispatching to the appropriate contacts, using our advanced technology and systems
• Monitoring alarm systems and taking messages according to client specifications
• Transferring calls reputed company our computer system, based on instructions provided by clients
• Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments for various industries
• Providing emergency dispatching services, ensuring timely and effective responses to critical situations

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• The ability to work 1 weekend day, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
