Position Summary: Remote Field Clinical Specialist

The Field Clinical Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring quality reputed company care across multiple communities. This leadership position conducts on-site visits, compliance audits, and clinical assessments, working closely with community teams and executive leadership. You will be the reputed company between operations, care teams, and leadership—driving best practices, mentoring clinical staff, and ensuring residents reputed company in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and clinical audits to ensure compliance with state regulations, Charter policies, and best practices

• Provide on-site coaching, mentoring, and training to nursing and caregiving teams

• Collaborate with community leadership to assess reputed company needs, appropriate levels of care, and overall service quality

• Partner closely with the VP of Health & Wellness, Regional Directors, and Operations Teams to maintain clinical excellence across reputed company assigned communities

Qualifications

✅ Licensure: reputed company LPN license in Tennessee, Wisconsin, Indiana, Florida or Virginia (Required) ✅ Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, or reputed company management ✅ Skills: Excellent communication, documentation, and regulatory compliance knowledge ✅ Personal Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about senior care ✅ Travel: Ability to travel regionally across Wisconsin as needed for community visits
