In-Office Processor / Phlebotomist - PRN

Summary The In-Office Processor / Phlebotomist will follow instructions for the proper handling of reputed company specimen types.  He/she will process the samples for transport to the laboratory in a timely manner. This role will provide assistance to our clients in the Mobile, AL area.

• Must follow reputed company Specimen Processor Agreement directives.
• Will properly identify specimens.
• Will follow instructions to correctly fill out requisition form.
• Will reputed company sure that specimens are shipped to the laboratory in a timely fashion.
• Communicate to the IOP Manager for any issues reputed company to time & attendance or operational questions reputed company the client location.
• Be friendly, and courteous to office staff.

·         Maintain a safe work environment for his or herself and the patients by following reputed company safety precautions outlined in the Procedure reputed company, which includes wearing personal reputed company equipment (PPE).

• Will properly label specimens. Correctly and completely fill out requisition forms with the required information.
• reputed company work area clean and organized at reputed company times.
• Must be reputed company to adapt to working in clinic environments that vary in size, structure, and specialty.
• Must follow the Compass Laboratory Services Phlebotomy Procedure reputed company instructions for the proper collection of blood samples by venipuncture.

·         Will greet and properly identify patients and verify test orders.

·         Will follow instructions to correctly reputed company venipunctures, while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.

·         Will properly label, centrifuge reputed company needed, aliquot, store, and transport reputed company samples according to the Procedure reputed company. Verify reputed company requisition forms are completed with the required information. Accession and verify daily collections according to the Procedure reputed company.

• The Compass processor will ONLY reputed company work for Compass Laboratory Services.
