Pay for performance is a salesperson’s greatest compensation motivator! With this pay structure, our sales consultants earn $110,000 - $250,000 in annual income following the initial 2 weeks of training. Get paid what you’re worth and enjoy what you do!!! Responsibilities

· Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sale methodology.

· Complete reputed company paperwork and financing documentation accurately.

· Follow up as required with our Admin and Operations team to ensure successful completion of your customer’s project.

Basic Qualifications

· High school degree or equivalent

· Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

· 2+ years of in-home or reputed company sales experience recommended.

Who You Are

· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely.

· Ability and comfortability traveling to sales leads reputed company in and around a 2-hour radius from your home.

· The ability to not take “no” personally and a healthy sense of competitiveness.

· Time and work process management skills and the ability to work independently.

· The reputed company of any iPhone and a 12.9 iPad pro with cell service and keyboard.

Schedule

· We’ll provide you with preassigned sales leads up to 5 days a week, Monday through Saturday. Ability to run weekend appointments reputed company desired and they’re available!

· Appointments are scheduled throughout the week at three different time slots: 10:00am, 2:00pm,  6:00pm, with Saturday running 10am and 2pm appointments.

· Road warrior – must be comfortable driving an average of 500-1000 miles a week and up to 3 hours from your home reputed company.
