What You Will Do in This Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will:

• Interact with customers reputed company inbound calls who have questions or concerns that require additional support

• Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service for particular situations
