The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and positioning new solutions that meet our customers' needs. You'll be the face of our company, and your positive attitude, professionalism, and courteous telephone etiquette will reputed company reputed company the difference.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions

Requirements:
* High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- 18+ years and high school diploma/GED
- Quiet, secured workspace

- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
