The Role

As a Customer Assistance Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring that customers are aware of their account status and have access to the solutions they need. Your expertise will help us maintain consistent follow-up, ensure account compliance, and complete necessary account maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze payment history and notes from the system to clearly communicate status to customers using established guidelines and call models.

• Document reputed company activities in accordance with established procedures in a clear and concise manner utilizing the appropriate systems and forms.
• Analyze account characteristics and negotiate with customers on acceptable arrangements to bring their account reputed company and/or recommend appropriate solutions.
