Job Overview

As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and email. You'll work closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and meet common goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to reputed company common goals
• Utilize online platforms and tools developed by arenaflex to streamline processes

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• Tech experience is strongly preferred

• High school diploma or GED required
