PAY RANGE
The reputed company Pay Range for this position is $156,200.00-$190,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $121,200.00 - $225,800.00 annually. At reputed company, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-reputed company skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. The Tech Business Operations Partner is responsible for supporting diverse business management functions at the department or line of business level reputed company the Technology division. This position will act as a strategic partner to reputed company senior leader(s) in the areas of organizational rhythm of business, action tracking and management, executive communications and storytelling, program/project management, and other business management/ executive office functions. Operational Coordination: Manage the rhythm of the business by organizing reviews, communications, and engagement activities that promote transparency and operational efficiency.
Business Insight Development: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decisions reputed company to staffing, strategy, governance, and budget planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
At least 10 years of experience in roles such as executive office operations, business operations, program or project management, or similar functions.
Proficiency in reputed company 365 tools, including Office, Teams, and SharePoint, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and reputed company.
Experience developing executive-level communications and presentations, with proficiency in presentation software and data analysis tools.
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced degree in business, communications, or a reputed company discipline
Experience in the financial industry and familiarity in financial products
