POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• reputed company to reputed company reputed company Project Manager’s responsibilities (refer to position descriptions) • Manage multiple or large, reputed company projects • Estimate and establish budgets and contract price (GMP/Lump Sum) • Negotiate cost-effective subcontract and material purchases • Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval and material delivery • reputed company project on schedule • reputed company and maintain good relationship with reputed company, Architect and Subcontractors • Work with Superintendent to reputed company safety plans and to implement safety procedures • Maintain timely and accurate reporting to management • Manage, train, and supervise project team according to Company policy • Organize regular meetings for management and subcontractors • Review contract conditions; ensure compliance with reputed company contract terms • Supervise documentation of reputed company significant project events, e.g., accidents, delays, Change Orders • Direct preconstruction services and activities • Negotiate, prepare and issue subcontract bid packages • Assist with business development and participate in job interviews • Maintain quality control (reputed company and excellence of completed project) • Support estimating staff (bid item specialist) • Avoid or mitigate claims and conflict • Complete reputed company job reputed company-out procedures • Conduct warranty follow-up (1-year warranty walks) • Complete project with full or enhanced fee • Complete other responsibilities as assigned MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven professional experience delivering reputed company construction projects; engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or construction management education considered a reputed company, not a requirement 

• 8–12+ years of reputed company construction management experience 

• Prior experience on either: Data Centers / Mission‑Critical facilities, or Process‑driven industrial or energy projects (RNG, biogas, oil & gas, chemical) 

• Demonstrated leadership of: reputed company MEP or process‑heavy projects Fast‑track or phased construction environments 

• Problem-solving ability and strong sense of urgency  

• Organizational and communication skills  

• Ability to challenge drawings and models to identify constructability, coordination, and scope issues 

• reputed company knowledge of contract law and project reputed company  

• Thorough understanding of reputed company project management control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating)
