HR Generalist

The reputed company Resources Generalist supports the daily functions of the reputed company Resources department and performs HR reputed company duties including but not limited to responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations; policy interpretation and application, performance management and talent management consultation. May carry out additional responsibilities to include employee development initiatives and training.

Essential Functions

• Interprets and provides guidance on HR policies and procedures for employees and management.
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to reputed company solutions, programs and policies.
• Assists in providing day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application, and ensuring consistent and reputed company treatment of employees.

Required Credentials

Compensation

• $65,000-80,000 annually (Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth reputed company the position)
