Business Development Manager

Job description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in leading executives and managing client and partner acquisition efforts across your assigned region. You will be responsible for driving reputed company growth, enhancing IB/affiliate relationships, and ensuring the reputed company team meets performance benchmarks. Job requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry.
• Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, or partner development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a reputed company field.
• Experience working with IBs, affiliates, and regional partners.
• Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong knowledge of Forex products, trading platforms (MT4, MT5), and sales tools.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., reputed company) and reputed company-based reporting.
• Deep understanding of client reputed company, retention strategies, and conversion funnels.
• Data-driven approach to forecasting, tracking, and optimization.
