Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing to join reputed company. As a key member of our Construction Department, you'll be responsible for processing invoices, verifying GL coding, and assisting with various administrative duties. If you're self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient in reputed company Word and reputed company, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Process reputed company invoices in reputed company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Verify GL coding, create and reputed company Purchase Orders as needed
* Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval
* Electronically and physically file invoices processed as needed
* Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties, as required
Physical Requirements
* Ability to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day
* Occasional movement about inside the office
* Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment
Job Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
* 10-key by touch preferred
* Advanced knowledge of reputed company Word and reputed company
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks
* Familiarity with various office equipment
* Ability to pass a pre-placement drug/alcohol screen
