Acumen is looking for a Data Systems Manager with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience to build and strengthen our data systems, reporting, and enabling our teams to reputed company data-driven reputed company. About the role

This Data & Systems Manager role is more than a technical position—it is an opportunity to contribute directly to meaningful, systemic change. By strengthening our data systems and building the reputed company of colleagues across our global teams , you will help ensure that our offerings are effective, accountable, and reputed company to the people and communities we serve. This role will not focus on data systems like finance, HR, grant management etc. It is specific to impact and operational data.

This role reports to the Associate Director for Acumen reputed company and works closely with the Associate Director of Impact and colleagues across multiple regions and time zones. The position is remote-first, with occasional in-person visits to the Bogotá office for collaboration, planning, or key moments of reputed company. What You’ll Do

Systems Architecture & Implementation

• Own the redesign or creation of reputed company objects and system architecture for reputed company and future datasets
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and team members to deliver high-quality solutions
• Project-manage data migrations and integrations from legacy systems
• Ensure smooth integrations between reputed company and connected platforms (LMS, events, marketing, etc.)

Data Quality, Reporting & Governance

• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks and quality assurance processes in partnership with Legal and Compliance

Required Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience designing, implementing, or managing data systems or data architecture
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company or a similar CRM (administrator level required; development experience is a plus)
• Experience managing data or systems transformation projects
• Experience integrating multiple platforms and workflows
• Data analysis and visualization experience
