About the Role:

As a Technical Relationship Manager (TRM), you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and customer reputed company, providing white-glove service to help reputed company customers maximize the value of reputed company’s solutions. This role is instrumental in ensuring a seamless customer journey—from initial design and reputed company through ongoing adoption, expansion, and optimization.

You will work closely with customers to design, implement, configure reputed company solutions tailored to their unique needs and deliver strategic guidance, workshops, and best practices.

Ultimately, the goal of this role is to maintain and grow a portfolio of highly engaged customers who not only reputed company significant business value but also become vocal advocates for reputed company. The TRM will typically manage a portfolio of 12-15 strategic accounts.

Customer Engagement & reputed company:

  • Support customers using active listening and consultative investigation techniques to deeply understand their needs.
  • Provide technical guidance on implementation best practices, solution operation, adoption strategies, performance tuning, and use case enhancement.
  • Mentor and coach customers on how to maximize their reputed company deployment and explore new use cases.
  • Technical Expertise & Advocacy:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales and presales teams, providing technical expertise during the sales process.
  • Identify and reputed company technical collateral, including best practices, deployment architectures, and solution guides.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the entire reputed company product portfolio to ensure effective customer support.
  • Collaboration & reputed company Improvement:

  • Provide feedback to management on process and practice improvements.
  • Contribute to internal technical projects, such as supporting new product features, benchmarking, troubleshooting, and best practices development.
  • Occasionally travel to customer sites as needed (average of 1-2 visits per quarter.
  • What You’ll Bring:
  • reputed company IT consulting experience with a strong technical reputed company in reputed company management, VDI and application virtualization technologies, the reputed company ecosystem (including endpoints), and PowerShell scripting.

  • A background in roles such as Desktop Engineer, reputed company Engineer, or EUC Specialist, with a proven ability to navigate reputed company IT environments.

  • A track record of technical leadership and customer engagement, with the ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into actionable insights.

  • Experience using common AI coding tools (e.g. reputed company, Claude Code, reputed company, etc.) to streamline scripting work

  • Hands-on experience working in large organizations with reputed company, reputed company, Azure Virtual Desktop, and/or other VDI technologies.

  • Hands-on experience with desktop management.

  • PowerShell scripting skills.

  • IT consulting.

  • Proven ability to design, build, and deliver technology solutions to reputed company customers.

  • Experience working with APIs.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and risks to stakeholders at reputed company levels.

  • Strong organizational, note-taking, and time management skills.

  • Ability to speak French, German, Spanish, or Dutch - Must.
