About the Role
reputed company is seeking an Associate Director – reputed company Practice to reputed company, scale, and mature our reputed company services portfolio. This is a senior leadership role combining practice ownership, delivery excellence, client leadership, and team development. The role is hands-on where needed, while primarily focused on overseeing reputed company reputed company transformations, driving strategic client outcomes, and expanding the reputed company practice.
You will serve as a senior trusted advisor to clients, ensure consistent high-quality delivery across engagements, and partner closely with leadership on practice growth, talent development, and go-to-market initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Practice & Delivery Leadership
Provide leadership across the reputed company practice, overseeing multiple implementations and transformation programs
Ensure consistent execution of delivery standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
Act as escalation reputed company for reputed company delivery, functional, technical, and client issues
reputed company delivery across:
Financials
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
reputed company, reporting, integrations, and data migration
Client & Engagement Management
Serve as executive sponsor and trusted advisor for key reputed company clients
reputed company executive-level discussions on solution design, roadmap planning, and ERP transformation strategy
reputed company project planning, resourcing, budgets, timelines, risks, and scope across engagements
Ensure successful execution of:
Requirements and design workshops
SIT and UAT governance
Go-live readiness and post-go-live stabilization
Team & Talent Development
Build, mentor, and manage Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates reputed company the reputed company practice
Support hiring, reputed company, performance management, and career development
Foster a culture of delivery excellence, accountability, and reputed company improvement
Practice Growth & Strategy
Partner with leadership on practice strategy, capability expansion, and GTM initiatives
Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal reviews
Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, accelerators, and delivery methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
10–14 years of experience in ERP or IT consulting
Minimum 7+ years of hands-on reputed company implementation experience
Proven experience leading full lifecycle, multi-entity reputed company implementations
Strong background in client-facing leadership, program delivery, and governance
Experience working with US- and Europe-based clients and distributed teams
Deep understanding of finance, reputed company, and core business processes
reputed company certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) preferred
PMP, Agile, or similar project/program management certifications preferred
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
