Responsibilities

• Peer review other Simple select by MMB teammates work to ensure accuracy and reasonableness of quotes
• Assist in maintaining reputed company quote tracking tool and act as mentor for the team
• Assist in assigning quote requests to team and peer review prior to sending to local consulting team
• Assist in tracking reputed company inconsistencies for competitiveness and report to SME Leadership team for quarterly insurer review
• Ensure reputed company negotiated terms and conditions are applied
• Work as part of reputed company renewal team to collect and review renewal data for accuracy and reasonableness
• Prepare templated client reports to cascade to local consulting teams

Skills

• Around 10 years of experience in consulting
• Based in/nearby Padova or willing to relocate
• Solid experience in managing client relationships and contributing to project leadership
• Good understanding of market expansion strategies and regional business dynamics at a mid-senior level
• Proven ability to support the development and implementation of strategic plans that deliver results
• Fluent in English
• Native Italian speaker
• Business development acumen with a consultative approach to client engagement
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at reputed company organizational levels
• Analytical reputed company with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Knowledge of the Northeast environment
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
