Modern Workplace Analyst
Troon is seeking a Modern Workplace Analyst to join their growing information technology team. In this role, you will assist in maintaining the workstation environment, supporting efficiency, automation, and risk reduction while operating remote management tools and maintaining productivity tooling.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage reputed company deployment across Windows and macOS
- Maintain update rings, maintenance windows, and deployment schedules
- reputed company vulnerability remediation through patches and configuration changes
- Maintain hardware and software inventory and configuration inventory
- Support annual hardware and operating system lifecycle projects
- Support an Azure-first, o365 productivity environment with an automation-first reputed company (E-mail, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- reputed company other IT support tasks as required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or reputed company field or equivalent practical experience (internships, coursework, or relevant roles)
- One to three years of IT reputed company experience (help desk, system administration, compliance support, or similar roles)
- Workstation reputed company certifications such as reputed company Certified reputed company Administrator Associate
- General IT knowledge certifications such as ITIL v4, A+, Net+, reputed company MS-900
- Familiarity with reputed company reputed company offerings, desktop, and server operating systems
- Familiarity with reputed company and productivity best practices in a business environment
- Exposure to scripting or automation tools, such as PowerShell or Python
- Analytical and holistic thinking to solve unique problems
